One Time Assembly Instructions
 

Snap the pipes together, insert both carriage bolts and then tighten the nyloc nuts, with the wrench included.

Hint: Opening the goal first makes inserting the bolts easier.
       The green monofilament nylon cord runs across each joint / pipe.
